• Pork ribs rice (Also made in the fire pot, it’s a delicious slow cooked stew where the meat gets very tender with rice and vegetables absorbing all the flavour)
Dessert
• «Rabanadas» with honey and dried fruit
• After the main course and a delicious dessert, it is time for a really good espresso: short, sweet and strong, as well as, a taste of some good old homemade liquor.
