Since I know myself as a person, I have always liked to question myself why. Understand the essence of things, instead of simply doing them just because yes. Many years ago I saw the person I loved the most, my mother, getting sick with cancer and I realized I would have to do things differently. At the same time by medical advice when my mother had to stop eating red meats, so I joined her for some time and then, I could no longer face food the same way as before. I know we are what we eat and for this reason I have adopted this lifestyle for the last 15 years and I love sharing it with others. It does not have to be complicated, not even tasteless. Everything I cook is full of color, life and very tasty. Cooking is not a service is a way to love!
