Thomas, born in Tirol in 1975 in Austria.
He fell in love with Portugal and the beautiful Fátima with whom he married in the year 2000.
Despite a vast experience of various international cuisines, he opted to settle in Douro, Tabuaço where in 2003 he inaugurated his own restaurant.
In 2013 began with a new project, the production of extra virgin olive oil and organic olive oil, a product of excellence.
Currently heads the kitchen of the best restaurant in town but he’s now willing to open the door of his own house and personally show visitors what the portuguese cuisine and culture is all about.efore you go.
He’ll cook for you and if you’re brave enough to give it a try, he’ll give you a small portuguese cuisine workshop, promising to teach you a typical dish before you leave.
