We are a couple of teachers who brought their roots to the Algarve.
We add to the local cuisine the flavors and traditions of Bairrada and Alentejo.
We like to have our house full of friends.
The kitchen is always the main meeting place, surrounded by the smells so often reproduced by our mothers and grandparents. At our table always appear cheeses and jams, coriander and pennyroyal, sangria “in the duck”, stories and lively conversations.
